Comments: Legendre curves are smooth curves whose derivative may vanish at some points, but which still have a well defined tangent direction there. In this paper we extend the work of Fukunaga and Takahashi (see references in the text) by defining a curvature type for Legendre curves in a normed plane which is based on circular curvature. Here, the general theory behaves in a very similar way as the Euclidean subcase.
